On December 8, 2024, Bishop da Cunha released a new Pastoral Letter to the entire Diocese titled "A Time for Fortitude: Stronger

Priests, Stronger Parishes, Stronger Church". In this letter, the Bishop outlines his vision for the future of our Diocese, which focuses

on strengthening our priests. he introduces a three-year plan for 2025-2027 aimed at enhancing our local Church's relationship with Christ. by providing priests with more stability, hop, holiness, and wellness. The Bishop emphasizes that flourishing priests lead to flourishing parishes and ministries; therefore, by strengthening our priests, we will also enhance the holiness and vibrancy of all

parishes and ministries.
